Human interactions in NYC
Erin '16 and her Introduction to Photography class traveled to the High Line and Chelsea galleries. In addition to perusing the gallery district, their assignment was to photograph "human interactions." Below are the results of Erin's day.
During the art trip, I got a chance to slow down and really take New York City in. I photographed under the topic of human interactions. Other times when I visited New York I was rushed through it; having a specific topic to look for gave the city a whole new light. Most of my pictures were taken on the New York High Line and one is taken in Matthew Mark’s gallery with the sculpture titled English Teacher by Martin Honert. It was such a great experience and a beautiful place to capture.
